Embracing Change: The Rebrand of My Celebrant Business

Since I became a celebrant in April 2023, I have had the privilege of working with incredible couples and families. Every ceremony has been an opportunity to not only create beautiful memories, but to grow, both as a celebrant and as a person. Reflecting on these experiences and where I see my business headed, I realised that my branding didn’t fully capture the professional and meaningful feel of the work I love.

When I first launched, I used a colour palette with pastel pinks and purples. These shades felt like me, and I love them on a personal level, and I've not done away with them completely but, as I've become more deeply involved in celebrancy, I've realised that my business needs a look that resonates with how I want to be seen as a professional. As much as I value warmth, vibrancy, and connection, I also want to show that I am serious about the role I play in each couple’s and family's journey. It’s a balance - to be someone who brings fun and joy to ceremonies, while also fully appreciating the importance of the moment.

So, after much reflection, I’m excited to introduce a new look for my celebrant business. The rebranding embraces a more sophisticated colour palette - one that better reflects the energy and style of my services, whilst keeping a bit of 'me' in there. With this shift, I hope to convey not only the warmth and connection I love bringing to each ceremony but also the professionalism and care I pour into making every occasion as unique and memorable as the people I celebrate.

In addition to this visual rebranding, I’ve also made the decision to separate my family and funeral services on social media. My original Instagram and Facebook pages will continue to focus on weddings and other family ceremonies, while I’ve created new pages on both platforms specifically for funeral services. This allows me to create a unique, respectful space for each type of ceremony and to better connect with my audiences on a more meaningful level.

This rebrand is more than just a visual update; it’s a reflection of how much I’ve grown and where I envision my business going in the future. I want every couple

and family I work with to know that they are in good hands, with someone who cares deeply about every detail. With this fresh branding and separate social media spaces, I feel confident that my business now speaks to both about who I am and what I stand for as a celebrant.

Thank you for being part of this journey. I’m excited for what lies ahead and can’t wait to continue creating beautiful, heartfelt ceremonies with a renewed sense of purpose and style.
