On the 11th of October, the stunning venue of Rackleys in Buckinghamshire played host to a truly unforgettable celebration: the wedding of Jack and Meg. This gorgeous couple brought their unique love story to life with a day filled with fun, music, and such obvious love.
The ceremony was nothing short of perfect. Meg made her grand entrance with her dad and the rest of the bridal party, kick-started by Meg's two adorable little cousins, to the soulful sound of Sorsha, a live singer who performed a beautiful rendition of Simply The Best. The choice of song was a perfect reflection of the couple’s love for one another, setting the tone for the day.
Jack and Meg's mums opened the ceremony in the best way possible - by each giving a beautiful reading to their soon to be son/daughter-in-law. Such a gorgeous touch!
After exchanging their promises and rings, Meg and Jack signed their wedding certificate as Sorsha treated the guests once more with beautiful vocals. The live music added an intimate and personal touch to the moment, making it even more memorable. In fact, it also gave guests the opportunity to mingle and stretch their legs - Meg's dad even managed a little boogie in the aisle!
As Jack and Meg exited the ceremony as newlyweds, Sorsha performed the uplifting classic, You’ve Got The Love to friends and family cheering them on as they stepped into their new life together.
Rackleys provided a breathtaking backdrop for the day’s celebrations. Nestled in the heart of Buckinghamshire, the venue offered the perfect mix of rustic charm and modern elegance. From the beautiful views outside to its welcoming interiors, every detail was picture-perfect.
From the pictures that I've seen since, the reception carried the same energy and excitement as the ceremony. Guests were treated to delicious food, emotional speeches, and the dance floor was rammed (and very
lively at times)! Every element of the day reflected Jack and Meg’s personalities and their commitment to making their wedding a truly special occasion.
